(March 14, 2017, 5:04 pm)I have been at FT Medfield for three weeks and have worked with Dan and Issac in the sessions; both have been a perfect match to help with my fitness goals. I want to be safely pushed, I want to learn, and get stronger in a clean, supportive, gender-neutral environment. Dan (professional, polite, and always upbeat) and Issac (seems way more mature than 23 years) aren't judgmental; they are skilled coaches and make the time go so quickly. Their training sessions are the right balance of pushing me a lot and also being realistic. (I am not entering a triathlon tomorrow.) They don't make me feel like they are "wasting" their time on an old, out-of- shape client. I appreciate that they are correcting my form, moving around all the time to look at alignment, and are encouraging and positive, just like teachers should be. I also appreciate that they talk a lot, but I don't have to as I am concentrating on their directions! All good!
Customer service: It is lovely that when anyone walks into the studio if someone is at the desk, they are welcoming. Both Erik and Marianne always have smiles and pleasant greetings and I don't even work with them yet. A greeting by any of the trainers makes you feel like you belong there. The studio is clean, minimalist, and doesn't smell like a club! This is really important! Water, towels, = perfect. Love/hate relationship with the accountability log, but I totally get why it is used. The emails from Dan are informative and helpful.
I am extremely satisfied with FT Medfield. I filled out an online inquiry, Dan emailed (maybe called) later that day. I set up a meeting with him and I was enrolled. Boom! Signed, sealed, delivered. Dan's response time was commendable; his quick attention to an online request was another reason I signed up with FT Medfield. I researched a few other clubs (still waiting to hear back from some - yikes) before deciding upon FT Medfield and I know that for me, FT was (is) the right choice.
FT Medfield is worth your time and investment!
