  The team at Bright Start is incredible and provides a great environment for our three-year-old to thrive and learn. Miranda and her team do a fantastic job creating a curriculum that is challenging and fun. The staff are caring and professional, they take the time to ensure our child is getting the best possible care while providing an atmosphere where learning is enjoyable! The updates on the app are great and help in keeping parents informed of daily activities and curriculum. We couldn’t be happier with our experience!

  My son has been going to Bright Start for over a year and he absolutely loves it! So do I!
  
  The owners and teachers are just authentically good people who care about children and providing them with a safe and loving place to learn and grow. My son constantly talks about how much he loves his lead teacher, "Miss. Jessica" (I love her too!). The staff are down to earth, kind and professional. The actual facility itself is clean, renovated and has a modern whimsical aesthetic. I get weekly progress reports letting me know what my son is working on and there's an app where the teacher's will post realtime pics, when naps/meals have started and finished as well as a messaging system. They also navigated Covid even with it being so tricky to handle, I felt they were very communicative and even gave me extra test strips to take home.
  
  The owner Miranda is a total gem of a person. She's very flexible and goes the extra mile. A couple of times she even gave me never worn clothing and shoes that her older kids never made use out of for my boy. Other places I toured for my son's daycare/prek didn't hold a candle to Bright Start.
  
  I would wholeheartedly recommend this place. I feel so good knowing that I am dropping my son off to school here :)

  Bright Start in Medway is a wonderful place. My daughter loves it as if they are her own family. She is learning so much, improving her language skills and has lots of fun with all the activities. The staff is caring and passionate, always keeps me updated on her well-being.
  The place is clean and organized; teachers are dedicated and my daughter loves them. It doesn't feel like I am bringing her every day to a daycare, more like her second family. Highly recommended!

  Enrolling our son at Bright Start is truly one of the best things we have ever done for him. We started him there last September and our experience has been nothing short of wonderful. Ms. Jessica is amazing - she’s formed a beautiful connection with our child and I am fully confident in the education and care he is receiving there. His language, math and artistic abilities have truly flourished under her guidance. Ms. Miranda has been thoughtful, kind, and very communicative of all the comings and goings at the facility as they arise. Expectations are clearly communicated and understood from the get go, but they are always there to lend a helping hand in a tight situation. I would recommend Bright Start to any family or friend looking for childcare in the area. As someone who grew up in Medway and has subsequently boomeranged back now that I’m grown with children, it’s comforting to know that we have a facility like this to send our kiddos to.

  We have two children enrolled here and feel so lucky to have found Bright Start—a place we feel truly cares for our kids as if they were part of their own family! Both our kids have grown and learned so much during their time here. It is not easy operating a child care facility during a pandemic and they have navigated it with grace and understanding to ensure the health of everyone is paramount. All the teachers and staff are so welcoming and easy to communicate with. We are fortunate to have found such a wonderful spot!
