This place is being upgraded little by little and you can tell the owners are putting their heart in to this place. Great atmosphere with most of your gym needs.

This gym suits my needs very well. Although it is a busy place, there are so many options, you rarely have to wait for a machine or a work-out space. I dare say, there is something for every fitness need. Now, if only you can convince the super-muscular guys that they need to wipe down the equipment when they are done using it. Everyone else does it.
