This store is always helpful and friendly. They’re very good at taking care of stuff. I needed help today with a warranty replacement that was sent from Apple without a SIM card. They gave me one for free and got the cellular all set up.

After having issues with my Verizon account on Data usage I stopped in to get some help from an actual human. These guy's were very helpful and went out of their way to help with my issue. They called customer service directly for me and helped discribed the issues to the Verizon representative. They spent almost an hour on the phone with Verizon. Unfortunately the Verizon representative on the phone still didn't help, but the two guys at the store did their best to help me.

My cell plan was messed up after purchasing a new phone at another store. On line chatting with a rep was lengthy and didn’t solve the problem. I thought it would be easier to unravel the problems by visiting this store. It worked. The reps were very helpful and I walked out with problem solved! The rep suggested cancel the order and start over. Have to say, though, that it took forever. The store rep had to phone the central Verizon company. What should have taken 15 minutes took 90 minutes. Not the stores fault. Why do these things take SO long?
