    Always somewhere new to explore, hidden trails, clear streams, intriguing rock formations, views in all directions, trails for all ages, from easy to challenging. Plus a nature museum and a great public beach on Houghton's Pond with greatly improved services. Such an extensive gem so close to the city!

    It's a great little area for day hikes with the family. No pressure to go too far nothing too steep for the kids. Safe lots of dogs and family people. Reasonably well marked and you can get a map if you need it.

    nice close hiking place in boston. parking can be challenging in the summer, there are often cars just parked on the side of the streets and hoping for the best. not much of a view up top but there's still a decent rest spot.

    Exceeded my expectations! We mainly hike in the White Mountains. Nice to have this closer to home. Great view of Boston. Nice walking trails with some steep, boulder climbs. Will return soon!

    Like hiking? this place is for you. Lower and moderate level. From a walk in the woods to some decent rocky climbs. I strongly suggest hiking footwear. It will make the trails more enjoyable. Off leash dog friendly! Weekends in season can get very busy, go early.
