I spoke with Melissa at the office and she was exceptional herself. It’s very difficult these days to get any assistance over the phone, but I felt that she went above to help me with all of my questions and concerns.

I recently purchased 10+ 1-gallon paints from three staffs at the store in Needham. All of them are knowledgeable and helpful, especially Patty, the store manager. Glad to have such a local paint store to save a few trips to Home Depot or Lowe's.
