“I walked in 20 minutes before closing time without an appointment. I signed in. There were 2 people ahead of me. In less than 10 minutes it was my turn. The woman behind the desk was so nice. When it turned out my doctor hadn't sent in the labs he wanted done, she was willing to call his office for me and get it straightened out even though it was almost closing time. I told her I would call the doctor myself in the morning, but she again offered to call. So pleasant!”

I pulled together a respectable tasting menu for an upcoming party by grabbing single cans and single bottles under the helpful guidance of one of the employees. I had explained the tastes of the folks I knew we're going to be there, and he was off around the store giving me suggestions. I happened to be in while Lamplighter Brewing Co was doing a free tasting, so I expect they do that every so often with local brewers. Place also has a free rewards program so, naturally, I signed up.”
