(March 13, 2019, 6:30 pm)My family and I went to Kia not intending of leasing a car that day, however, Jeans knowledge, exceptional customer service and willingness to spend as much time as needed not only to help find the perfect car fit, answer any and all questions, introduce us to service workers and other employees there and ultimately to come to a financial agreement that I personally felt comfortable with. I didn't feel too pressured (which can often be the case at dealerships) and I received a phone call saying thank you later that evening, a call the day we picked up the car and two days after we picked up the car to see how everything was going, if I had any questions ect. 10/10 would recommend Dan O'Brien Kia of Norwood and would highly recommend Jean!

Very respectful and I believe he's an astounding Asset to KIA. I am going to recommend him to anyone I know that's interesting in buying a car. Just from his amazing customer service I will be a returning customer.
