Highly recommend River City Flooring. They recently completed 2 projects in our home. Both projects were completed in a timely manner and look wonderful. All employees that we dealt with were pleasant and informative.

Jason came out on veterans day to look at my disabled husband's flooring needs for medical equipment usage. Jason stayed and visited quite a while, talking with my husband about their memories and sharing stories. This really made his veterans day!!
Jason saw the urgent situation and acted immediately, he helped set up a time to do the flooring within one week of the consultation and had everything ready, ordered and set for us before Thanksgiving.
The installers were fast, clean and even moved the hospital bed in and out for us. Once the flooring was in they even put the bed back and drilled new holes for my husband's bed safety rails. I recommend River City Carpet One 100%!! I will never go anywhere else!

River City Flooring did a great job installing new flooring on the main level of my home - including vinyl plank, carpet in the bedrooms and vinyl in the bathrooms. I really appreciated the personal help and communication throughout the process. When little issues came up, they were taken care of as quickly as possible. The work crews were respectful and worked hard. Yes, I would recommend them.

River City did new tile, carpet and hardwood all in one shot. They were responsive throughout the process and everything was done in a highly professional manner.

I don't know what I'd do without all the support I get here....not just from staff but mostly from other people with similar backgrounds or same issues.
There is all kinds of training ....a gym and health and wellness groups.
Plenty to do at "the club".
