If you experience amazing service and want to let the employees know, just give the doorbell outside the last drive up window a ring! There’s a direct correlation with how long you ring it and how happy you were. If you had a tip top trip, don’t be afraid to give it a nice long ring. This will show the employees how happy you were. My record is 43 seconds. I heard there’s a $10 gift card to the person that can top that.
