  I LOVE this place. I have been to this shop countless times over the years, and each and every time proves exactly why I would rather go here than anywhere else. So kind to each person, and up front about what your car needs and what the cost will be. They have FANTASTIC customer service, the best of the best.

  I got a flat tire Saturday Aug 22. On my way to a long vacation, 1/3 the way there. Monro was the ONLY place still open, @ 4:45. I was graciouly met by a man Jason? not 100% on the name. He had a beard, about 30, tattoos on both arms, about 5'6", anyway he thankfully helped me at their last minutes before closing. Plugging my tire and letting me continue on my way to NH with no stress. Great guy and staff. Nothing but thanks to him.

  My name is Michael. I had visited the Monro shop In Norwood, Ma for an oil change last week.i was very happy with the service. So impressed that I needed a new tire, so I went back to Monro to replace my tire. I dealt with Mike, and I must say he was fantastic!!!! I will recommend Monro to everyone... keep up the good work...
