“Our family can not thank Rebecca and her team enough for the wonderful care that our mother received. Rebecca’s staff were experienced, professional, on-time and truly cared about our mother. For instance, our mother loved getting her hair done but with COVID we couldn’t take her out to the salon. One caretaker, Nicole, made a point to ask mom how she wanted her hair styled and set up a mock salon station by her hospital bed. Mom was beyond thrilled to be pampered and her hair came out great! Even better than at a salon. I can’t tell you how much joy this brought our mother and our family. It’s the little touches that make such a huge difference! That’s where Rebecca stands out from other agencies. She hires people that truly care and listen to the needs of clients. Other agencies that we had worked with previously hired caregivers that were just working for a paycheck and showed up late and were on their phone. It gives our family peace to know that mom was cared for with love and dignity. We are so grateful that with Rebecca’s team mom was able to be at home safe and we were able to be with her in her final moments along with her beloved dog.
