We had a lot of damage during the 2015 ice dams. We called 10 companies and only FloodFire Pro even returned my call. Ed Short, owner and founder really knows his stuff - and can really work with you and the insurance companies (which is always so difficult).
He has a great bunch of guys that work with Ed - and whenever any of them were at the house working, they did excellent work.
It's been a trying year to get all the repairs done and to get reimbursed by insurance. Thank goodness we had Ed, Matt, Mike and the whole team to work with and help us through the whole process.
