Brittany is so talented and educated in diet and exercise! She helped me get on vitamins and an anti-inflammatory diet which helped get of bloating and I lost 30 pounds! Brittany is an amazing personal trainer! She's brought me further with my gains then I've ever been before in the gym using a combination of science, nutrition, proper technique/form and positive reinforcement to keep me pushing myself and remain motivated. In my experience, other trainers have limited techniques and a "one size fits all" training plan. Brittany on the other hand, is the complete package and is diverse. Anytime I modify a goal she takes time to build a realistic and effective plan. Since starting with her mid summer, I have gained 2 inches on my chest, 1 inch on my biceps, and went down to 14% body fat just to name a few key stats that lined up with my goals. I lost about 20 pounds of fat in the first 4 weeks and have been noticably replacing my body fat with lean muscle. My strength has definitely increased exponentially and I am only getting started! (:
