Everyone at Hancock Appliance from the owners right down to their team of installers/movers are #1. My husband and I own 7 rental properties and 4 homes and I have ordered more than a dozen large appliances over the years from them. I've never had a more attentive and professional, helpful customer service experience or dealt with a more kind, professional and careful delivery team than when I order from Hancock. They have all the appliances I am looking for (even specialty brands and odd sizes I need), their pricing is great, their showroom is filled with a large selection of models and options, but I can also order items not on the floor, they respond quickly if I need help, they are always on time with delivery, they set everything up so I don’t have to worry, they will remove the old appliances if I need them to, and they are so careful with my new appliances and my home. From top to bottom my experience with them has always been exceptional. I honestly would not consider ordering from anyone else.

the 2 guys Jimmy and Billy Delivered the new refrigerator took the old refrigerator out , both very kind ,very considerate and very Professional , they assured that the water line was hooked for ice . I like my new Bosch fridge and.the 0% interest .❤️❤️❤️

I have had the greatest experience with Hancock appliance. I sell real estate and manage a few properties and Hancock appliance always seems to have stock available when a client needs and can deliver quickly. Much quicker and more responsive than big box stores. I highly recommend them to purchase or service your appliances.
