  I have been here going on a year and despite the buildings being older and running into your “typical” issues of an older building, the management team Ashley and Habib have been absolutely amazing and always address any issues I bring to their attention(and I can definitely be OCD)! It’s the management team and the space in these older units that I absolutely love!! For older units, they have plenty of storage space!

  This community is beautiful!!! The flowers are always blooming and the customer service provided by Habib, Ashley and Jessica in the rental office is just as outstanding as the beauty of the property. They are attentive, kind and responsive. They have always had a professional demeanor and make us feel like we are the only clients they have.

  Been living here about 3 weeks now and have been extremely satisfied with this property. Grounds are nice and well kept, and staff has been great to work with. We have had some small issues with our apartment and they were right there to fix it. Everyone we have met has been so very nice (staff and neighbors). Also a big plus is the acceptance of our big four legged baby. It was hard to find a place to live that accepted “big girls” but Braddock Lee has been great with our dog.

  Highly Recommend! The location is amazing, it is near many bus stops, right off the highway and surrounded by shopping centers and restaurants. The staff is well mannered and welcoming, especially Ashley French. There’s playgrounds for your children and also a church across the street. The apartments are spacey. No issues with these apartments

  First i want to start off with the moving process here was simple and FAST! Ashley French is amazinggggg! She stays in contact with you and she responds ASAP. She goes the extra mile to make sure you are okay! She’s very welcoming and understanding. When looking to move here be sure to ask for Ashley, her bubbly personality will definitely brighten your day !!! The neighborhood is quiet and clean. Maintenance is fast too! I have no complaints and i love it here !! The location is immaculate! it’s near the highway, plenty of bus stops, surrounded by shopping centers and many restaurants! I highly recommend!
