There was a minor issue with the printer at the work station and Steve went above and beyond to help me print my multiple documents. He also informed me how to streamline my process of printing multiple documents to save time and money!! Thank you Steve and thank you FedEx for having an amazing team! Definitely Referral Worthy

Jimmy was incredibly responsive, took care of everything he said he was going to take care of - when he said he was going to take care of it - and my overall experience was first rate - hence the five stars. My rugs and carpets look as good as new - and I couldn't be happier I chose to work with his firm.

And I have had my carpets done in the past and Jimmy would be the only guy I would use again. Added bonus is he dried the carpets after he cleaned them! Highly highly highly recommend!

(August 2, 2018, 9:30 am)We hired Jimmy to clean our carpet because he had been highly recommended. I'm happy to say he did not disappoint. This is a man who takes pride in and enjoys what he does. He took his time. I mean the guy vacuumed first for close to 45 minutes before he even started the actually steam cleaning!! And our apartment really isn't that big. Even after he had vacuumed, the carpet already looked so much better. When he was finished with the steam cleaning, the carpet looked so fresh. He told me it would look even better when it dried and it sure did and still does! Wouldn't use anyone else moving forward.
