I have to give a great shout out to Yale Appliance. Free delivery and setup for anything over $500. White glove customer service from start to finish. Ordered online, got a call to confirm the order was right, asked for delivery before noon, got a text confirmation day before, for window of 8:30-10:30, GPS to track the delivery that arrived by 8:30am. Kevin and his crew arrived, surveyed the situation, carried it up to the deck already set up, turned it on and tested it, made sure we were okay with it, and were done before 9am. I can't recommend them enough.
Very thankful for and happy with the service provided by Jim Murphy, who went above and beyond for our fridge repair. Jim took the time to listen & suggested a number of options @ various price points so we didn't feel pressured or duped. He completed his repairs in a timely and professional manner and followed up weeks later to check in and make sure we were still happy with the work he'd done. He is personable, respectful, honest. We will continue to use Yale for all our repair needs, and recommend them to others.
My 2 month old washing machine stopped working mid-cycle last night. I called Yale this morning at 8AM, and they were gracious enough to send someone here already by 1pm. For that alone, I was already quite happy. Derek M. was the man who came to take care of our machine. He called 8 minutes out, and then again when he was at my door (avoiding the buzzer as I asked to help preserve a nap time for my twins). Derek M was very professional and so polite. Luckily the problem was incredibly minor (an electric fix not an appliance issue), which he diagnosed and fixed quickly. This was fantastic service and I was very grateful for the help. As most people out there living with 4 can imagine, one can not exist long without a working washing machine.

Derek M. is a great tech and a credit to your company. He was professional and went the extra step when he realized that the part he put in didn't fix the problem. He followed up with us after the initial repair and followed it through until the appliance was repaired. Great service and follow up by Derek….
On the product side, we were disappointed with the problems after owning the Jenn-Air refrigerator for only 18 months.
Great to work with. Sent a service request online last night and got a call this morning to book. Was able to get Derek M to come to my house later in the day and he was able to find the culprit messing with my washing machine and fixed it on the spot. That sock is dead to me. He also didn't mind a 6 month old kitten climbing all over him during his work. Great experience!
