My wife and I are so mad that we are just now experiencing our first visit at the Randolph/Stoughton location. Richard was absolutely amazing and we never felt pressured. After our purchase we left with more knowledge than we have ever received from anywhere else. I would highly refer friends and family to visit.
Just had my mattress delivered. Richard was great to work with. He did not pressured us in buying a mattress but allowed us to take our time in making the right decision for ourselves. He’s super nice and friendly.
Recently purchased a home and wanted to start the daunting but exciting task of purchasing furniture. We came into the store to see what it had to offer. Rich was very personable and took his time to explain and answer questions we had. Made our first-time buying experience very comfortable and we left with a sigh of relief. Bought a sofa bed and ottoman yesterday, and just received a call that it will deliver today! Looking forward to our next purchase, and thank you to Richard for an amazing service, and fast turn around.
I needed a futon for whenever I have an overnight guest. I stopped by the Boston Bed Company randomly to browse and I met Rich Brazil. This gentleman was polite, patient, welcoming and attentive. He listened. Then offered different options so I could make an informed decision. I really appreciated it. My experience was exceptional and I would recommend this store to anyone. Thank you Rich.
Frankly, we were expecting neither the quality of the furniture nor the level of gracious professionalism that we found at Boston Bed yesterday. We were en route to the much larger and infinitely better known furniture store down the street. We figured a quick pop-in and quicker run-out couldn't hurt. But our host, Richard, was accommodating to the nth degree and we saw a beautiful bed there.
We still went on to the big store to do our due diligence. But we called Richard today to buy the bed from Boston Bed.
A surprise but happy ending to our little bed time story.
