However, one's experience shouldn't be sullied toward those who are 'front and center' with their jobs...I've worked with various FEDEX/KINKOS staff over the years and not everyone will be customer friendly. Fact. However, from my recent experience(s), the staff has been more than welcoming and assertive. Even provided fair cost differences to projects I needed to address.
Every shipping business will have its flaws; FEDEX no exception. Yet, from my past and present experiences, these individuals have been 'front and center'. Most recently, Nia... My glass is raised.
