(July 17, 2018, 2:37 pm)I brought in my wife’s 2010 Nissan rougue because the rear pssanger side wheel bearing was making noise needed to be replaced. Typically you would change these in pairs to avoid future headache of the opposite side going bad. I explained to the attendant that I could not afford both at the time and to replace just passenger side. At some point communication was lost and they accidentally replaced the driver side. I picked up the car the noise was still there same place, I explained to him that I specifically said passenger side. I took automotive for four years and high school, I have disassembled and reassembled transmissions, clutches, done pretty much everything. The mechanic was nice enough to change the passengers side for a total price of $560 which was reasonable for both wheel bearings, the originally price would of been another $175 on top of that. You at least gained a customer now for your good customer service.
