I had a fabulous experience with Alex at Eastern Med Tech. About a week ago, my previous Res Med died (was making a high pitched screechy noise, whenever I breathed in). I couldn't believe how badly I was sleeping after I stopped using my cpap. Alex was great at every step along the way: he helped me with the paperwork required from my doctor, he expedited my getting a new machine even before the approval was finalized with the insurance company, kept me up to date on progress, walked me through the new machines controls, etc.
