My only complaint is that they have called me approximately 6 times in regards to another patient, despite me answering the phone and telling them I am not said patient. It’s very frustrating continually getting called for someone that isn’t you. The only other complaint is unfortunately in terms of counseling they do not work with your schedule at all. I work Monday-Thursday, and despite expressing this I was told I could not get counseling unless I did a Thursday. However I do understand that they have specific individuals for specific days and what not. Overall they seem great.
