Excellent people and pharmacy!
I gave up on the chain pharmacy in Linden Square when they refused to get my medication because they do not normally stock it. Unfortunately they kept me waiting a month before confirming they would not get the meds. Talking to others this seems there are medications in low demand that they refuse to carry.
My Doctor switched the prescription to Andrews and I was able to pick it up on the same day! Andrews people are great to deal with and have great attitudes, unlike the chain pharmacy. I highly recommend doing business with Andrews!

When pharmaceuticals are a commodity, a company must make their mark in service. Andrews goes above and beyond to ensure the satisfaction of their customers. They make it EASY with whom to do business. Hard enough to have to put a parent with complicated meds and the entire Medicare system in assisted living out of state, Andrews makes all of that seem seamless. When there was an Insurance issue, they walked me through how to resolve. I honestly cannot say enough good things about them. When I told them I would like to give them a review and whom should I name individually, the response was simply, "us." Now that's a team. I am overly impressed with them. Thank you, Andrews, for making a piece of caring for my aging parent so easy.

Andrews is a fantastic pharmacy with excellent customer service. It is rare to find a pharmacy/small business like this establishment nowadays. I needed a prescription that was going to be very expensive because of an issue with insurance. They helped me process a random coupon I found even though it wasn't for their pharmacy. They helped make it work. I was surprised that they spent the extra time to help me with this; I don't think the bigger pharmacies would have bothered. Though I don't live in Wellesley anymore, I continue to come here. 10/10. Also, great stuffed animal selection/toy store downstairs.

This pharmacy is incredibly friendly and helpful! They are patient and always ready explain their processes and make sure you get your prescriptions as quickly as possible.
