“Checking in after living here for 18 months. I could not be happier with the management staff, and the property. If there are ever issues, they are addressed promptly and professionally. The management staff does a great job helping you feel at home. The location and amenities are excellent. I'd also like to give a shout out to the maintenance staff. They've never taken more than 24 hours to address an issue, and the property is well kept. I had an issue with my dishwasher, and they couldn't fix it in two days so they just gave us a new one. 10/10. I'd be wary of any review that says otherwise. The fire alarm issues have been solved, and as far as I am concerned, they were the fault of the service company (3rd party) that managed the fire alarm systems. Not Gables. To blame the management company for this issue is ridiculous.”

“This brand new hotel was an excellent find! Situated right next to the commuter rail line (purple line), it made getting in to downtown Boston very easy. The room was completely new (hotel opened the day before my stay) and was nicely appointed. The staff was clearly proud of the new facility and rightfully so - the new design is clean, modern and nicely executed. I will definitely consider staying at this location again the next time I am in the Boston area.”

“Wegmans is my favourite place to shop mainly because it stocks lots of exotic brands and items. The store is clean and well organized. Staff are courteous and eager to assist. The market cafe has amazingly yummy foods from salads to juices to the very popular “taste of Asia”. There is a bakery, pharmacy and a florist as well. The wine shop is equally popular and boasts of a large variety from all parts of the world and there’s something for every palate (ID required). There are tons of organic produce and products. It’s well situated near other stores like target and home goods.”
