Great Resource to have, reached out for a Hawk in need in Charlestown. Although Boston Animal Control came first, NEWC did call right back!

My babies had a physical and trim!! So happy 😁😁 and pleased with their service. 💕

Very knowledgeable and caring staff. Good for "unusual" pets like our leopard geco and rat that needed medical care today. We left feeling reassured and relieved that we had found a vet who cared as much as we did for our pets.

Good wildlife hospital. from 10 AM to 12 PM is too SHORT PERIOD OF TIME to bring in injured wild animals to the clinic. It should start at 8 AM. Many people work and cannot go at 10 AM. Please, NEWC consider to make this needed change

I used to be a regular volunteer here in 2009 /2010 and I loved it. The sad thing though is they no longer have a full time volunteer program. I would love to have gone back to it I would if they ever had it again. Helping the animals and keeping the place safe and clean was rewarding.
