Absolutely the best experience I’ve had with a doctors office from start to finish. I had an eye emergency while home visiting family and Dr. Tom and his extremely friendly staff made room in their schedule for me right away. When I called, I was able to talk to a real person, not an automated service so that was fantastic. Dr. Tom was awesome - super nice and easy going and explained everything so I knew what to expect. He even checked on me each day over the holiday weekend and made sure to see me before I headed back to TN. We are moving back to MA in a few months and I can’t wait to become a full time patient!!
