He quickly responded and set a time to speak to me on the phone to get an understanding of what I was buying and what services I needed. I was impressed with the thoroughness of the questions that he asked me, and the information that he gave me on the phone. Next we set up a time to complete the survey. Angel arrived on time and began his inspection. He did a very thorough job, and explained everything that he found to me so I understood what I was getting myself into. He didn't rush through the inspection and I felt like I got my money's worth. He followed up with detailed written paperwork in the time frame he promised that he would as well.
