Shields MRI at Weymouth

Staff here was incredibly friendly. Had a not so great experience about a year ago and mentioned it (nicely) to the nurse. She couldn't have been more receptive to make me feel comfortable. The plus for me at Shields is that I don't get hit with a "facility fee" like I do when I use our local hospital's imaging center.

I went for an MRI today, nervous and anxious as can be!!! Checking in was the most kindest, empathetic secretary...she was able to calm me down. I had a problem with my order note, she handled all of that! I had my daughter with me which was a blessing..then my name is called! Although I made it through the test, thanks to the tech who talked to me through the test and also very empathetic!! From the front desk to the test to checking out was a pleasure! Beyond professional, made me feel so comfortable!! I would recommend Shields MRI to everyone!!

Courteous, friendly. Great staff of caring employees.

Bring Tylenol for the ride home. The noise is a headache.
