    Great place to live. Very prompt and active people who give email alerts on possible incidents such as snow,fire alarms, and other activities so no one is taken by suprise. Living on the upper levels are great in terms of heat being retained during winter months!

    Loved living here! One of the only short term lease options in the area.

    Pros: great amenities- brand new gym, salt water pool, walking trails, well maintained common areas. In building 4- I never heard my neighbors, had brand new appliances, everything in apartment was great condition, trash valet. Pet friendly. Ample parking. Responsive, friendly office and maintenance staff.

    Cons: for some reason, the utilities are ridiculously expensive. Our electric bill was literally tripled from our previous home(which was much larger), water bill was always high, and for what you pay in rent all amenities should be working all the time. In building 4 someone broke the community grill so it was broken all summer. 1 of 2 small Rooftop grills was broken the entire time we lived there as well.

    Overall, if we had not moved out of the area we would have definitely stayed at the Commons despite the high utilities. Really fun place to live.
