Steve is awesome! He is very knowledgeable, listens to his customers and goes above and beyond to assist. Petco is very fortunate to have him on his team. The Avon location would benefit from having employees like Steve on their team to teach them a thing or two about customer service!

Laura was amazing. We brought in our Fancy male that passed away. She was so helpful and even showed us how each rodent was as far as behavior. We ended up getting a gerbil family with a mom and her daughters. She really wanted to see them end up together. I was so happy to have this experience today. They have been great since we brought them home and we look forward to updating Laura on their progress❤️ I’m glad that we could fulfill her wish to have them adopted together ❤️ She really loves her job and it shows. She also helped my mom with our male hamster that we still have and she even remembered her. I will definitely be seeking her out for any future additions to our little furry family❤️❤️

Steve, an employee @ the pleasant shops PETCO, is the bomb! He was so experienced knowing how to help my fish! He was just brilliant. Gave me the truth that 5 goldfish in a 10 gallon take is too many. How would I have known? Thank you, Steve for your expertise & knowledge!

This store is really small but other wise I really
Like it. Employees are always friendly and just signed up for classes w joana. She seemed nice and knowledgeable about my dog. Haven’t had the classes yet so this is all based on the meet and greet.
