Grace of BHHS is not your average agent. We were looking for land to pursue our dream of building a custom house. We were originally looking at prefab but that proved more difficult than anticipated, then Grace came along to help. She suggested also looking at new developments with builders that would allow customizations. We found a lot in a new sub-development that fit exactly what we were looking for but unfortunately it was under agreement. We continued to search for land and other new developments, but then we got a call from Grace on that original property. The selling agent of that original lot contacted Grace to let her know it became available and because Grace kept in touch with our interest they were reaching out to us first. Now that we had the lot it was time to work with the builder to customize the plans. Grace provided thoughtful insight, from what design would look best to what would help resale value. During the construction we frequently visited the site and Grace joined us every time. She was a pleasure to work with and put personal touches through the whole experience.
