Verizon Authorized Retailer - RW

My wife and I recently visited the Verizon Wireless store in Wrentham, Ma.
We wanted to upgrade our antiquated cell phones, The store manager approached us and introduced himself as Joshua Vega. He thoroughly
listened to our needs and the phones we were interested in and quickly
gave his professional feedback on the S22 phone from start to closure
of the deal (a very knowledgeable and exceptionally congenial person).
Joshua had an A+ personality that was so pleasant which made it so easy to do business with him and his store. What a customer service hero he is as he always answers our questions with very accurate answers. Josh made our whole purchasing experience so pleasurable with his can do and will do attitude. I most definitely would recommend Verizon in Wrentham, Ma. with Joshua Vega as the store manager as Verizon's flagship store. Many thanks to Verizon and Josh and his crew for such a smooth upgrade of service.

Let’s face it, buying phones, updating accounts, and dealing with anything service oriented can be stressful. I’ve been to this Verizon location a couple of times now and can honestly say I had a positive experience on both occasions!

Jai (J) was so incredibly friendly, proactive, and patient with us as we had to move from another provider to Verizon, purchase a new line, device, etc. As stressed as we were, she remained so calm and focused.

Josh and Ishmael (sorry if I’ve misspelled any names) were equally as insightful stepping in every so often to help between customers. I was really impressed by this teams camaraderie and professionalism. I would definitely return to this location again for future service. I must say their service is above and beyond the other local franchises. Thank you again Wrentham Team!! 👏🏼

Joshua Vega was super helpful he was extremely personable and kind. He was super informative and I have never been more blown away by someone’s customer service skills. If your looking to get a new phone or even need help with anything on your account this man I would highly recommend thank you for everything josh me and my mother love our new phones 😁!

Went into this store in November with a plan to add an additional line and upgrade my phone. Josh was incredibly helpful and walked me through the entire process and billing details to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed at a reasonable price. I had to order phones that weren’t in stock and when they arrived he helped me configure everything and switch over all of my old phone’s contact information and photos. He’s continued to be available when I’ve had follow up questions and he always responds in a timely and helpful manner. True kindness and customer service, which has solidified this location as the only Verizon store I want to shop at.

Josh at this location defines what a professional, knowledgeable, respectful and courteous team member is all about. He graciously offered to work on a technical issue that nobody was able to rectify. His hardworking and tenacious attitude to right a wrong certainly hasn’t gone unnoticed. I’m happy to strongly recommend Josh and Verizon Wrentham for an overall pleasant experience. He rocks!
