He went above and beyond when assisting myself and my guests We did not like one of the drinks and he accommodated us more than expected. Other restaurants should model this same customer service as it is important when dealing with customers. Matt was also amazing. Thank you and we will be back.
(April 15, 2019, 6:34 pm)Ruby Tuesday. fantastic! Love there food.the salad Bar is great. It's probably the biggest best well stocked salad bar. Can't over look there specials, great steak, chops, Huge burgers.. very nice ???? service, Clean , nice Wait Staff, prices are in line. Enjoy! I do. plenty of parking, handicapped parking spots. Not much of a wait.10min today.. you will enjoy the Decor.. Chow.
(February 10, 2019, 8:13 pm)This was our first visit to a Ruby Tuesday ever. Knowing it’s a chain, we were pretty skeptical about our visit but considering there isn’t much of a choice when going to the outlets, we picked this spot vs Friendlies.
We ordered two crispy chicken sandwiches and they were (although very small for $11) great and tasted just perfect.
The one great offer they had was an unlimited salad bar for $1.99 when substituted for a side. This was a great selection. Instead of a fries for one of our sandwiches, we picked the salad bar which was filled with plenty of choices.
The food, the service and overall experience was excellent and we will certainly come back. The only thing that was an issue were the utensils that were not very clean (1 star deducted).

(508) 384-5213. One of the things I love about Ruby Tuesday in general is their salad bar. Of course, I'd love it even more if it was organic. I used to visit Ruby Tuesday growing up all the time with my grandmother. After shopping at Wrentham the only real food options were Friendly's or Ruby Tuesday.
