“I needed the perfect outfit to wear to my mother's surprise birthday party but couldn't find anything at my local Lane Bryant store, so they suggested I try the outlet store explaining that they often carry items that they don't have. I finally got there and was I in for a big surprise! Of course I had excellent customer service, as I do in all Lane Bryant stores... practically a personal shopper! And I agreed to try things on that were not the kind of thing I would usually pick out. She brought me the first outfit... I wanted to say "no!"... but I had agreed to at least try it on... and I'm glad that I did! When I came out of the changing room, not only the employee, but a friend who had come along with me... AND other shoppers in the store all said, "That's the one!" On the first try! I want exactly sold on it, but it usually takes me a few to get used to a new outfit... and... it just happened to be in my mother's favorite colors! SOLD! Thank God I don't live closer or I would be broke! So... two ????'s up for me! Definitely worth the drive! AND... to top it off... I SPENT HALF OF WHAT I WOULD HAVE AT A REGULAR STORE!”

“If it were 2 years ago that I was giving this review, it would only have been 2 stars. Years ago I spent many hours at this store. Great prices. Sales. Retail bags. They had a clearance room that was huge!! Then all of a sudden they went bananas. High prices! ! ! Much smaller selection. They were trying to rebuild the brand as "high end". It was awful. Now they are much better. Many many different styles and colors. Something for everyone. Prices are lower than they used to be. Of course, we realize that when they seemingly have a big sale, they have raised the prices of the bags. Duh. They are not alone. So many stores do that. l think they deserve their 5 stars now. Friendly staff and managers. Give it a try. ????????????”
