“I called him at 7:30 AM on a Saturday morning and left a message. Kevin McGrath called back in 20 minutes. After explaining the situation, he said I'll come over between 9 and 10 AM, but he arrived a little earlier before 9:00 AM. Within 20 minutes he had figured out a work-around to get it going temporarily, and explained that his son (also named Kevin) would check on getting a warranty replacement, and we could discuss this after the weekend. The fact that he came right away, knew exactly how to fix it (being an older gentleman he knew some tricks the younger guys probably wouldn't have come up with), and on a weekend made it well worth the price. I would definitely give him a big thumbs up.”

“I took the Beginner Ukulele course from Derrick at the BCAE. He was upfront on the first night telling us he was really a guitar teacher but the center had asked him to do this class. I would've never guessed he wasn't a ukulele teacher. In 4 short sessions, I was able to play actual songs and strum chords. He has a methodical way of teaching that makes it easy for a group lesson to feel like a private lesson. I liked his course so much I will be taking the guitar course that is coming up.”
