Had cashed me out and I have to say she is super polite and nice! Felt just like I was at home... which is always a good thing when you’re going out to eat. Was met at the counter by a very friendly staff who promptly took my order, but was also very helpful in making suggestions. The food was ready in about 10 minutes and my wife and I both commented on the great flavor and freshness. “The staff here deserves some praise as they have consistently provided me some of the best service I've had in any Papa Gino's. I think other Papa's locations should learn from this restaurant, because they make the food look like it does in advertisements. Who does that? Everyone knows that a McDonald's burger doesn't look like it does in the ads. And, it's consistent. I don't find that one day my food is made great and the next it's just so-so. No, it's perfect every single day! Papa Gino's, I know you've recently closed a considerable number of locations, but perhaps you might not have needed to if every location took notes from this one in Braintree. Everyone employed there needs to get some recognition for their amazing service.”

“I’ve kept an open mind trying this place for the first time today. This place is amazing!!!!! I am not understanding why people are giving bad reviews. There was one waitress and a host with cooks all around. They were friendly and inviting. I didn’t have a problem with language barriers. I would have pointed to the menu if it were an issue because it is also translated on the menu. However, my waitress spoke fluent English. I find it sad when people don’t leave proper tip because it might get shared with the rest of the staff depending on the business. Have class; Just don’t go back. Great and fresh ingredients including the fish for sushi!!! I’ve uploaded some pictures of the menu and my sushi lunch. I will come again!”

“The best, fast burger around! I almost always order the little bacon cheeseburger. It's plenty of food for most adults, especially when you load it up with pickles, grilled onions, lettuce, tomatoes, etc! The fries are huge, so I only order them if I have someone to share them with. Both the regular and Cajun are delicious. The staff there are wonderful. I have been there at different times of day, and always been treated extremely well by the friendly cooks and cashiers. They will never add those piping hot fries to your bag until you are picking it up at the counter. If you can handle the calories, the milkshakes are fantastic. I order the chocolate with whipped cream, but there are many flavor options. The tables and floors are constantly kept clean. If I had to come up with a complaint it might be that they empty the trash a bit more often, and turn the volume down a little on the lame classic rock that's usually the afternoon staple.”
