“I went shopping at Shaw's the other day. I had not been there in over ten years. I've usually shopped at whole foods, thinking I'll get the best products. Plenty of organic food here! Organic produce that I can pay less here than at Whole Foods! Well, I was very impressed with Shaw's. They have made this supermarket into a really beautiful and easy shopping experience. I grew up here, when Shaw's wasn't even here yet. I saw Shaw's move in and evolve over the years. Now it's really nice! You can buy organic and GMO in just about any food category. Plenty of nice organic produce! Plenty of regular produce are cheaper prices!”

“We were hesitant to paint our wood cabinets but the light cherry was looking “tired”. After meeting with a few companies and then seeing the great reviews for Renew, I called them. I spoke to Paula, who was very pleasant to deal with and we set up a consult. Gary came out, answered our questions and gave us a competitive quote on the spot. We set up the appointment for May 17, 2022. Tony called the Friday before to review what was going to happen and answer any questions. Just as described, Josh and his apprentice, Jake, showed up Tuesday morning (after Josh called with his ETA which was helpful). He reviewed everything that was going to happen over the next four days and that we would not have access to the kitchen for only a very short time (maybe one night). Based on how he and Jake set it up, after prepping and sealing everything off , we actually had enough access and it was a very fast and efficient process. We mainly dealt with Josh and he was great. Not only was he a good communicator and timely, he was detail-oriented and very good to deal with. He takes pride in what he does. In the end, we are very happy with our decision and we have already gotten many compliments on the “new kitchen”. Great job!”

“My experience as being an employee of which I'm grateful to be working here is that with these curbside pickups and of the foolish timeframe that is mandated is Foolish!!! Theres no quality of work performed when one has to Rush in getting products out to an awaiting customer a.k.a. member outside!!! This leaves room for human error !!! Wheres the Rush and Fire in this expected performance??? Meanwhile, while trying to complete one curbside order completely w 100% care and perfection... the employee a.k.a. member gets chimed w another checkin etc etc .... while tending to a member at hand in club....... This system is wrong should be abolished!!! The person making 100k / year sitting up in his or her cubicle at corporate of whom instituted this game /race never had to perform this multi tasking duties !!!! Foolish and RIDICULOUS if you ask me !!! I'd rather give 100% to one endeavor, task, member as compared to 25% to 4 different tasks at once in leaving room for human error and bad ratings!!! I shall ! Wont!!! Can't or ever give this type of cheap customer service at all to no one ever !!! As well as this grading process!!! What are we back in kindergarten or grade school?? Leave the grading back there!!!! Lets stand out from the competition retailers out there by giving Quality !!! Not Quantity !!! Thanks for reading my concerns here !!!!
