I lived in 182 Depot Street for two decades. The people next-door are the Bumsteads. Never kept up with their land always had crap in the backyard. Mind you the rotting cars in the front lawn that they won’t get rid of. I bet you $20 that lawn is polluted with oil and beer cans. I don’t know what kind of money you would need to offer for these guys to move. Looks like they already paid off the land. It says Hirsch’s property, but they lost the rights to the land, but all they can do is keep the name just like the new “Hirsch street”. Just because their names on it doesn’t mean they on it I remember when there was a pile of dirt, and there was nothing but barn and scrap metal. They remodeled that barn. You could see it on the first house on the left on that street. Anyway, Depot Street particularly 182 used to be a dairy farm not a rock and site. We sold that property because we payed off the house, and we had a pretty good income. we sold it but I think these new homeowners won’t be able to keep up with it so I’m hoping it’s not a total tear down when I offer them 300,000 for it. If they won’t take it, I buy the land behind them because I know Trump will cut interest.
I lived on 182 Depot St. for about two decades. We currently had to move because we were having great financial success. We had the biggest land and the best property on Depot Street. Yes, I know it says hearses property on Google Maps when you zoom out. Those people are nothing but bums. They are relative’s who bought the land before was a dairy farm not a single rock insight. If you go today down the street, you see you there rotting cars, rotting home, and devastating backyard. The people who are 40 and partied like they were in the 80s doing burnouts every night. Having bonfires that go up to 14 feet high.. I mean I don’t care we took care of that land 10 times better than what these fucking assholes did. We installed a hockey rink from scratch, a pool, a deck, an added a living room and a whole new finished basement. And back then light pollution wasn’t as bad so you could see the stars real good.
