Health Express

We arrived at the clinic 15 minutes before it opened and were second in line. The staff was wonderful, Chris diagnosed us after an X-ray and we were on our way in 1.5 hours. I have always been treated with respect and kindness there and this wasn’t no exception.

This place was great, with spread out seating, air purifiers in the waiting room and we ended up only waiting a short time to be seen. The staff was friendly and thorough while assessing me and my nephew at the same time. I have other urgent care offices near me but this was worth driving a little further.

The crowd lined up early, but the staff was very efficient at getting people checked in and starting to see patients. Even though they were moving fast, we did not feel like we were being rushed or short changed on our care. Awesome staff, awesome tech and awesome doctor. They were great with our sick toddler.

We had a great experience. My son is autistic and has anxiety. I was nervous but they had us in a room quickly. They listened and made us feel comfortable. The PA was knowledgable and helped us quickly but efficiently. He took care of the area and made some helpful recommendations for some questions I had regarding wound care. I will definitely come back if our pediatrician is unavailable again in the future.

So happy I took a chance and came here !A family member had recommended this location after I had a few horrible experiences with a different Health Express location and was iffy but there is no comparisons,Everyone working here was super helpful and friendly even though they were pretty busy and what seemed like understaffed (I assume only cause of wait times) they treated everyone who walked through the door as if they were welcomed there ! My daughter and I were seen together which was wicked convenient and the doctors and nurses and whomever else took there time individually with us and really made us feel so much better ! Nothing was rushed and questions were answered! Will definitely only be coming back to this location if need be and my commute is over an hour but so worth it !
