Great shop They fixed my Cummins diesel perfect the first time And at a great price Nice to have a place to bring my truck and not have to worry So if you need a place for repair work don’t even think twice you won’t regret it
I called Mike at coops early Monday morning to have a car looked at further that I purchased on my own. He was very professional and honest asked me a few questions to try and figure out what should be done and once I got there he put it on the lift and checked it out to find out it was all rust and rotted underneath with multiple issues which is beyond my financial ability to fix it. He had me take a look at it all myself and explain every major problem that it had and concluded that it was not safe at all to be driving and it would cost a lot to fix (more than I paid for the car). I was able to bring that car back that day and return it.
Coops was a huge help to me and finding out all the underlying problems and issues that I wouldn’t of noticed myself. I would highly recommend them for any problems as they were thorough, knowledgeable, and accommodating.
Great place of workers and a great business to get work done on your car.
Coop's has been taking care of my vehicle since they've been in business! I recommend him to people all the time. Great expertise and great prices!
I typically lease a new car every two years which saves me the hassle of dealing with unexpected maintenance issues so I've never had a go-to mechanic. But I recently bought a used Ford Escape and started having some problems and needed help. Like most people I'm afraid of getting taken advantage of but after going to Coop's that fear disappeared. I already thought I knew the issue after having another mechanic take a look at my car. I got a quote from him then checked with another place that a friend recommended which ended up being Coop's. The owner, Mike, took a look at my car and as it turned out I didn't "need" half the things the other guy said I did. I believed the first guy so Mike easily could have went along with my assumptions and made a few hundred $ extra from me and I would have been oblivious. Instead, he told me to throw the other invoice in the trash, gave me a real quote and ordered the parts I needed. I came back in a few days later and had the car back the same day. I've been back two other times for separate issues and have been happy with the cost, the service and courtesy. And they're right next to the Bridgewater Commuter Rail which is a huge perk for me since I work in Boston. I won't go anywhere else ever again.
