(March 10, 2019, 8:40 am)I've known Carolyn for more than 10 years since she sold me my first house in 2010 and it was a great experience. She was always calm and easy to work with and always listened and understood exactly what I was looking for. She also dispelled any fears or stress I had about the process. So when I decided to sell that home in August of 2018 to downsize and move to a condo, I didn't hesitate for a moment to call Carolyn. This time around I worked with Carolyn and Adriana and it again was a great experience. This process was much more stressful since it involved a string of transactions , any of which could fall through at any point. Again they dispelled any fears or stress I had. They were always calm, confident and considerate of my concerns. They made the whole process work smoothly and without incident. Adriana is such a great addition and her knowledge , warmth and sense of humor was so appreciated during a usually stressful process. Both Carolyn and Adriana worked so well together and got me the results I was looking for: the quick sale of my home (sold in 2 days ) and the purchase of the perfect condo for me. (July 14, 2018, 1:50 am)I don’t know where to begin! I’ve used Reis Real Estate for three purchases & two sales. The entire experience - start to finish- has always been amazing. When I was a first time home buyer- the process was thoroughly explained, every question answered & every detail explained. Carolyn & Addie make an amazing team. They are responsive & timely. They offer great advice & insight. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone & EVERYONE!

They both have a thorough understanding of all the processes of buying and selling a home, along with valuable local contacts and ceaseless enthusiasm. During a busy real estate season, they made me feel as if I were their only client. I recommend them highly.

They make things work out for you, even when it seems like it won't. I'd call them up first if I ever decide to do anything real estate related again.
(January 4, 2018, 5:46 pm)We had lived in our home for 20 years when we decided to downsize. We interviewed a few real estate agents and decided to go with Reis Real Estate. Carolyn and Adriana Reis were a pleasure to work with. They both offered staging suggestions but were never insistent about it. They were always available to answer questions by whatever means necessary phone, email, text and in person. They were there every step of the way with us right through the closing and made selling our home a pleasant and stress free experience.
