(February 18, 2019, 9:27 pm)Ordered what's in the picture. Driver forgot my soda but came back to give it to me(by himself). They provided plates and extra stuff. I'm assuming the generousity comes from me writing my hotel room number and hotel's name(did not ask for anything.) The driver looked like he should be in the background of a movie. +++ To their customer service, woah

Great quality American-style "Chinese" food take-out at a much more reasonable price than their closest competitors, (whom of which charge much more for below subpar quality). Plus, I've personally met the owner who genuinely seems to be a very hardworking and dedicated to providing our community with quality cuisine you can trust such a competitive price. She's pleasantly eager to ensure all of her customers receive the best eating experience and she always seems to deliver that personable friendly come-here-all-the-time-so-they-know-me type of experience when coming in for pickups/calling in your order. The very first time we decided to pick up as opposed to getting delivery, I arrived much sooner to pick up my order than anticipated so, I was waiting a few minutes for them to finish preparing it, and she immediately stepped up to take that time, (in which she, too, was waiting for her cooks to finish for me), and she introduced herself and asked me how my prior experiences ordering from them were and where we may have ordered in the past and the reason we started coming to her. She made it clear that if we were ever unhappy with anything we order from them, that we were always welcome to contact her directly. She even told us a bit about her growing career throughout the industry. On top of all that-get this....I can understand each & every employee I've ever spoken to and vice versa! So now dreaded language barriers between you & them and them & you!! When in comparison to the horrible reputation of all other Chinese food restaurants in Brockton this one, at least for our household, is a diamond in the rough! We highly recommend.
