Open doors is amazing! All the yoga instructors are excellent. They are very friendly and accomodating. I highly recommend - try it even once, you will be hooked!

Beautiful and clean studio, phenomenal instructors, and affordable classes. This location is wonderful and my friends and I enjoy the studio so much. I definitely recommend their “warm yoga” session for any beginners to the practice. Wear something you don’t mind sweating in!

Thank you Tina for making every class fun and challenging ! You care for all in your class as only a true teacher does , and it is always an upbeat and yet still soulful environment . You mix up the flow and music and class always has a fresh twist . The care and effort you put into teaching must be great, although you make it seem easy ! A true yoga whiz , I love your class . I attended a class just yesterday (Wednesday, 8/21/18) with Sarah. IT WAS SO NICE. This is also the nearest studio to me that wouldn't require me to put organs on the black market to afford going once or twice a week. It's a very comfortable environment, very welcoming, and I intend to come here regularly. Thank you!!

Great studio with awesome classes above Club Ex Gym. They have all different levels and hot classes as well. Perfect for a cool down and stretch after weightlifting downstairs. 👌👍
