My daughter was referred to physical therapy by Boston Childrens Hospital sports medicine for elbow pain. I chose to try BayState Halifax because the location is near our home. Everything with this location has worked out wonderfully. Brittany was great working with our schedule, and always ran on time. Our sports med doctor was also familiar with Brittany and sang her praises. She is very knowledgeable and has a wonderful personality. We're done with PT for now, but if we needed to be seen again for a different problem I'd 100% go back to this location.
I started PT with Bay State because I had previously worked with Robert Verzone and it's convenient to my home. But I quickly learned that it's far more than convenient. Honestly, 5 stars isn't enough. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely care for their patients! I hope I never need physical therapy again, but if I do I will definitely seek out Brittney, Erin, and Ryan again. And I hope they will still be assisted by the likes of Hannah and Alex, both if which were equally as eager to help and care for my needs throughout my recovery.

After having an incident at work I was told by my doctor to do physical therapy and being a Halifax resident I chose Baystate in Halifax, it couldn't have been better of a choice Ryan, Brittany, and Alicia are some of the most friendly people I have ever met it was a fun experience, they also worked with my crazy work schedule to make sure my appointments were at a time that worked for me... As far as for helping me out they did a great job helping me get rid of my back pain and making me 100% again!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking physical therapy... also thank you for the FREE water bottle!
I have never met a more caring group of professionals as I have at Bay State Halifax. I have been sent to many different PT offices in the past and find the level of care given in this office, with honest concern about how you are doing on a level that makes you feel like family. They show motivation to make sure you are making great strides in recovery and celebrate with you on every improvement. I highly recommend them.
I saw Ryan and his team for a shoulder injury. With my job and family life I had limited availability but the flexible hours enabled me to make it work. Ryan and his staff are friendly and knowledgeable and I am pleased with my recovery. Go see Ryan and his team you will be glad you did!
