(February 26, 2023, 1:12 pm)We went for a birthday party - it was so fun! Kids had a blast: they get to run, jump, climb, bounce, play on obstacles, and then they end with a dance party. They have a party room for pizza/cake/etc. The staff was very nice and helpful. Definitely a place I'd recommend!

(October 23, 2019, 11:07 am)The best cheer spot in the South shore!! They offer recreational and all-star cheer with some awesome ancillary programs like ninja kids and PARKOUR! So awesome to have this in Hanover

She is part of the Hanover Family (Cheer Essentials) and we can't say enough about how well her team is coached (Alyson, Colleen & Olivia), how expertly her routine is choreographed and how proud she is to be a part of her team!! CFAS offers so many classes to improve the athletes' skills and their coaches are so helpful and encouraging! Thank you for helping her love cheer even more!
