The absolute best workout of my life! and fun. The staff are all friendly, easy to get a hold of, knowledgeable and great people to be around! So thrilled I found women’s kickboxing here!
I’m in my 40’s and TMA has changed my life. Been going there for two years now and I have never been healthier. The staff, the owners, absolutely 110% care about all their students. I have never once felt like all they cared about was money. I think people forget that it’s a business and it wouldn’t be a business if they were irresponsible with membership fees. Hey, people like free handouts, what are ya gonna do?!
If you wanna change your health for the better and actually wanna learn actual martial arts skills and help your family, this is the place to go. You need to earn it here, so expect to work hard and get results.
