I was a client of Tim's for a long time in another gym. He was widely known as the best trainer, as he incorporated an extensive knowledge of nutrition, flexibility and different training techniques. He moved on from that gym and I was sad! I have reconnected with him though, and he is the same Tim that I appreciated almost 20 years ago. If you want the best, he is your guy!
