Thames Electrical removes two builder grade vanity lights in my master bedroom and installed two custom lights. The shipment arrives early than anticipated. I texted them to see if he could come early, he responded promptly and was able to come two days earlier. I am replacing all the builder grade lighting in my home and will reach out to Timothy for his professionalism and quality of work. I highly recommend them.

We couldn't say enough good things about our experience with Thames Electrical company. They listened to the details of what we needed done , then everything was explained as to how they would proceed. Very professional, efficient, friendly and tidy. Whole house rewired in one day, in and out. Amazing. They also followed up to make sure we were happy with the work and the guys on the team. A great job done, super quick but with an eye for detail. It's obvious Thames Electrical guys care about the work they do. Highly recommended.

I don't often write reviews but was so impressed by their service that I felt I should share my experience. When I called originally, they took the time to listen to what the issue was and suggested a few things to check before they came out. Which gave me the feeling that they are not just after my money but really want to solve the issue at hand. I couldn't fix the problem and they sent the electrician out to resolve it. He does fantastic work and is an excellent communicator. I would recommend Thames Electrical to my friends and family!

This is an amazing place to go to if you need an electrician. I called a couple of other companies in the area and they were the only ones to answer me within a reasonable timeframe. They were punctual and polite. They also fixed my issue pretty quickly which I was grateful for. It’s always weird letting people you don’t know into your home but I didn’t have an issue - they are truly professionals. I was very comfortable around them and they did everything they promised they would. . I think it was a hard job ,but they never complained which is very rare these days.
