Having posted a critical review on Google last month regarding an incomplete installation of an OEM Rockford Fosgate Audio Upgrade in my 2021 Forester I need to update and amend the unresolved customer service issue. Management wisely passed the unresolved situation on to another service manager who called me on January 20, 2021. After speaking with Christa Collins, representing Planet Subaru, I was aware of why the audio installation went awry and the entire situation was successfully remedied. I commend the Planet Subaru Service Department for their sincere efforts in continuing to pursue a successful resolution. Thank you to Christa Collins, Service Manager, for her assistance in particular. Subaru of America needs to include a hard copy of specific installation instructions in the box rather than a sticker on the box instructing mechanics to access it online. Give your dealerships service departments a point of reference rather than make them look for it. That would save time, uncertainty, and could prevent customer service problems like this from happening in the first place. Thank you for restoring my confidence in Planet Subaru of Hanover, MA!
